RENTAL GUIDELINES

DELIVERY- Up to 10,000 lbs. - $80.00/hr.

10,000+ lbs. - $80.00/hr. 2hr. min.

***Over width & over weight delivers are subject to additional charges.

RENTAL PERIOD-

Day-

Equipment must be returned to New Holland Binghamton within 24 hrs. and have no more than eight hrs. use on tachometer.

One Week-

Equipment must be returned to New Holland Binghamton within 7 days and have no more than forty hours use on the tachometer.

One Month-

Equipment must be returned to New Holland Binghamton within 4 weeks and have no more than one hundred sixty hrs. use on the tachometer.

Weekend Rate-

Equipment is rented on Saturday and must be returned to New Holland Binghamton by Monday morning. The unit can not have more than twelve hrs. use on the tachometer for this special rate.

FUEL-

Units are filled with fuel going out so they should be full when they are returned, to avoid additional charges.

MAINTENANCE-

Return the unit as clean as when you pick it up. The customer is responsible for daily routine maintenance (fluid levels, ect.). Flat tires and any damage to the unit is also to customer's responsibility.

PAYMENT-

Unless the renter has an open account with us, payment in full for the rental period will be required in advance.

INSURANCE-

On items valued at over $5,000., proof of insurance will be required. Our rates do not include insurance.

IMPORTANT-

If you have problems with the equipment you have rented, discontinue use immediately and call us.
